We regularly rent out the second floor of the museum as a venue for meetings, special events, receptions, wedding and more.

Items we provide:

  • – Heated/cooled rental space
  • – Restroom facilities stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap
  • – Cleaning supplies such as brooms & dustpans
  • – Trash receptacles & trash bags
  • – Tables & chairs (Seats 100)
  • – Elevator access

Requirements to Rent:

  • – Check our Calendar to see if anyone has already reserved your date and hours, before deciding on a rental date.
  • – Please take your set up and clean up time into account when choosing your hours, as they are part of your rental hours.
  • – Fill out the WAYNE COUNTY HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION AND MUSEUM Rental Agreement
  • – Submit your Rental Agreement with a $50 (non-refundable) deposit – your date is not saved until this deposit is submitted.
  • – Rentals are $50 per hour – 2 hour minimum
  • – Full payment of your rental must be done at least a week in advance from your rental date.
  • – Any rental starting at or past 9:00 PM or ending after midnight MUST have police security and a copy of your security agreement must be provided with your rental agreement.
