Adventure Through History gives kids a chance to learn about their community and their local history in a fun and interactive way! Each child will be creating their own Flat Stanley doll, which will accompany them throughout their historic adventure! They will then be given 1 location on Center Street to learn an interesting fact about, where their parents can take a picture of them with their Flat Stanley at that location! They will then come back to the museum and get to explore the space while learning about the building, and about the interesting objects we have on display. They will then get a picture with one object in the museum with their Flat Stanley’s, and they will write a short letter that will be attached to their Flat Stanley’s about their adventure! To conclude this fun time, we will provide chalk for the children to create a masterpiece that will “go down in history” and will be displayed with their Flat Stanley’s, picture and letter!

Don’t miss out on this fun event!
